Tullu pump has related the meaning of the “deep”. It is a type of submersible pump for pumping water for the daily general usage of water. I have to combine units if the impeller and motor benefit in reducing the maintenance of the motor and also the minimum space required for the installation.
It operates inside the water impeller to produce centrifugal force from the impeller connected to the motor shaft. by centrifugal force, water starts the lift up through the outlet from the cylindrical casing of the impeller unit of the motor. The water rises the water height to reach the surface of the earth.
The motor is waterproof and connects to the power source through a cable that runs from the input power source on the ground.

Working of the Tullu pumps:-
The Tullu Pumps are designed to be placed inside water sources like borewells and wells at the bottom. Users connect the power source to the pump using a cable that runs from the input power supply on the surface.
The motor rotor starts rotating and drives the impeller on the same shaft to rotate when the power supply is turned “ON”.
- The rotating impeller produces centrifugal forces and fluid moves toward the outlet of the impeller casing at high speed. The high velocity of fluid gain height toward the surface and reach surfaces.
- The diffuser casing converts the potential energy into kinetic energy that helps the fluid reach height.
- The continuous process is running the motor and impeller movement maintains the continuous flow of the water to the surface from the depth. some conditions as similar to the electrical motor diagram
Construction of the Tullu pumps
The construction of the tulle pumps varies as per the application however the same component are following below:-
- Motor:- The motor combines and couples with the impeller using a waterproof casing that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy.
- Impeller:- The impeller connects to the same shaft as the motor and rotates at high speed. It produces centrifugal force and moves water from the pumps.
- Bearings:- Bearings facilitate the smooth and high-speed running of the electrical motor’s shaft.
- Casing:-The casing produces the centrifugal force from the impeller, which converts the flow of fluid energy into the kinetic energy of the flowing fluid.
- Seals:-It has prevented the leakages of fluids inside the electrical motor and also help in making waterproof motors.
